Hello Zeeland works with a dedicated and professional housekeeping team that is responsible for cleaning all accommodations after each stay. In this way, we can guarantee our guests consistent quality and a pleasant experience.
Working Method
Our housekeeping team uses a special cleaning app. In this app, all cleaning tasks are automatically generated based on the reservations and accommodation settings. Any issues or special circumstances noticed during cleaning are immediately reported via the app. Our management and housekeeping team at the head office monitors these reports and ensures a quick resolution.
Compensation and Bonus
Housekeepers receive market-based compensation, determined by the hourly rate and the time standard per accommodation. In case of excellent performance, they can also receive a 10% bonus. If cleaning complaints or guest compensations arise due to shortcomings, these may — if applicable — be deducted from the payment or bonus.
Linen and Supplies
We provide bed and bath linen for every guest. In addition, beds are made upon arrival to improve quality and guest experience. Hello Zeeland supplies all necessary cleaning materials and maintains a basic stock inventory to ensure quick replenishment when needed.
Cleaning Fee
Cleaning costs are charged to guests as a fixed fee. This fee covers the full cleaning after departure, washing of linens and towels, and bed-making. In this way, we guarantee that every guest arrives at a fresh and well-kept accommodation.
