We perform various actions each quarter, as each booking platform presents and provides VAT, surcharges, and commissions differently. For example, some channels display a single total surcharge amount, while others don't itemize VAT separately.
Because many of these platforms are international or US-based, we must convert all data to comply with the Dutch tax system. This makes processing VAT not a simple matter of clicking a button, but a meticulous process.
We currently distribute rental income quarterly, and you will receive a statement with a clear overview of the revenue and passed-on costs. You will receive the statement and the quarterly overview no later than four weeks after the end of the quarter. Payment will take place no later than 5 working days later.
Monthly advance payments are available upon request.
