The agreement cannot be canceled prematurely during its term. After that, the collaboration automatically continues, ensuring everything runs smoothly, until one of the parties decides to terminate the agreement.
Cancellation is possible at any time after the first year, as long as this is done in writing and by registered mail, with a two (2) month notice period.
Existing reservations made within six (6) months of the cancellation will always be honored so that guests are not disadvantaged. Reservations made further in the future will be rescheduled or canceled by us, unless we make other arrangements together.
The same agreements apply to the sale of the holiday home. Of course, different arrangements can be made in consultation and in writing.
